The bows of the G5 Prime Archery line up for 2019 have been given a fresh look with the use of new technology such as its patented parallel cam technology, 82X aluminum risers that feature The Swerve that adds stiffness to assist with accuracy.

There is a new range of Logic compound bows to consider and they can be added to the Centergy line from previous seasons which has proven to be consistently popular.

Take a moment to examine the features and specifications of all of the compound bows in the G5 Prime range that have been presented below.

Prime Logic CT3

The Logic compound bows from Prime have been improved upon to meet the calls from hunters who have been looking at all of the features from the original bow but with a longer axle to axle frame. The new Logic CT3 provides an axle to axle length that measures 33 inches.

The bow features the TRK Parallel Cam design to provide balance of two string tracks which avoids cam lean and helps with a smooth draw. The riser is made from 82X aluminum which is said to be extremely tough and results in a stiffness that translates to greater accuracy.

Other features include the Flexis-AR roller guard which will flex during the draw cycle to prevent cam lean and the SWERVE riser design which is a curve that is designed as a way to eliminate lateral movement during the shot cycle.

This is a hunting bow that provides the shooter with a smooth draw in a bow that feels balanced throughout the entire cycle.

It is available in Ghost Green, Recon Gray, Tundra, Morel, Elevated 2, Subalpine, Realtree Edge/Morel, Realtree Edge/Black finishes. The bow has been released with an MSRP of $999.00.

All of the features that are used in the CT3 and CT9 are present in this bow including the TRK Parallel Cam design, the Swerve riser made from 82X aluminum and the Flexis-AR roller guard.

Where the CT5 bow differs is in the length of the bow which adds some more stability to the platform along with greater speed. The brace height is 6 inches and this provides more power to the bow giving it an IBO rating of 340 fps.

It is available in Recon Gray, Tundra and Tundra/Fusion finishes. The bow has been released with an MSRP of $999.00.

Prime Logic CT9

The third new bow in the Logic range to be introduced for the 2019 is the CT9 and this is the longest bow of the 3, more suited to the larger framed shooter. It is a bow that will adapt perfectly well for hunting as it will on the 3D range or in tournament conditions.

The bow uses the TRK Parallel Cam design as well as adapting the smoothing features of the Centergy Technology built with the Swerve riser design engineered from 82X aluminium along with the Flexis-AR roller guard.

The draw length range of this bow is 26.5 inches to 32 inches and the longer 39 inch axle to axle dimensions make this a very stable platform to shoot from. The brace height is also longer at 7 inches to make it a more forgiving bow to shoot and the IBO rating is 325 fps.

It is available in Ghost Green, Recon Gray, Tundra, Morel, Elevated 2, Subalpine, Realtree Edge, Purple Haze, Malbec Satin, Emerald Satin, Glacier, Deep Red, Cipher finishes. The bow has been released with an MSRP of $999.00.

Prime Logic

The original Logic compound bow returns for the 2019 season. This is the bow that has proven to be one of the smoothest, quietest and most comfortable bows on the market.

The bow is powered by the parallel Cam System that provides great balance of two string tracks so that cam lean is virtually eliminated. This achievement in balance has resulted in improved shooting accuracy.

This is the bow that introduced the 82X aluminum riser which has demonstrated that it is among the strongest risers available. This strength helps to ensure there is no movement at the moment that the arrow is released.

Another couple of features to look for are the Flexis-AR roller guard system that allows you to finely tune your bow’s cables and the Ghost Grip that has changeable side plates to allow the fit and feel to be changed to meet your requirements.

This is a relatively short bow measuring 31 inches axle to axle and the draw length ranges from 24.5” to 30”. It has a forgiving brace height of 7 inches and has a top speed of 330 fps.

It is available in Recon Gray, Tundra, Black, Cipher, Morel, Elevated 2, Subalpine, Realtree Edge, Open Country finishes. The bow has been released with an MSRP of $1099.00.

Prime Centergy

The Centergy has returned for the 2019 season with the main notable factor that continues to ensure its popularity is the accuracy that it brings to finding a target thanks to the Balanced Targeting System.

The bow is powered by the TRK Parallel Cam System and it is this that makes the Balanced Targeting System possible. It eliminates cam lean and it ensures a smooth and balanced draw. The draw length ranges from 24.5” to 30” to the limb stops and cable stops.

Other features to point out are the strength and rigidity of the 82X aluminum riser for greater comfort. It also features the Swerve technology that removes lateral movement during the shot cycle. A Flexis-AR roller guard is included and this is designed to flex during the draw cycle, also reducing cam lean.

It is available in Recon Gray, Tundra, Black, Morel/Fusion, Elevated 2, Subalpine finishes. The bow has been released with an MSRP of $1099.00.

Prime Centergy Hybrid

The Centergy Hybrid returns for the 2019 season and it remains a great crossover bow that will perform as well out in the field as it will on the 3D range. As with the original Centergy it is powered by the TRK Parallel Cam System which provides the Balanced Target System for better hold on target.

The Hybrid has a larger draw length range with the maximum extending out to 31 inches. It is also more substantial from axle to axle, measuring 35 inches and the brace height is significantly shorter at 6 inches. This adds up to a well-balanced bow that is capable of significant speed while maintaining control.

Aswith the centergy, the other features include the 82X aluminum riser, the Swerve technology that removes lateral movement during the shot cycle and the Flexis-AR roller guard which is designed to flex during the draw cycle, also reducing cam lean.

It is available in Black, Electro Orange, Electro Red and Electro Teal finishes. The bow has been released with an MSRP of $1099.00.
