The PSE Stinger X compound bow takes the original reliable performance that was evident in the Stinger and has given it a slight improvement. This is a bow that is not only suitable for the new or novice bow hunter but will also well and truly fill the needs of the experienced shooter.

The bow features the power of the X Tech split limb limbs with an extremely adjustable SX cam system. This means the bow is capable of performing with deadly silence while producing great speeds.

The draw length adjustment range is extremely wide from 21 to 30 inches which will cater for just about all sizes. The bow itself measures 32.5 inches from axle-to-axle which is around average for today's hunting bows. Again this gives it the benefit of being suitable for the majority of body types.

In terms of weight the bow is quite light, weighing only 3.5 lbs and the brace height of 7.5 inches means that it is forgiving enough to provide that entry-level approachable feel.

The bow is available in six different finish options of Black, Country, Skullworks 2, Blue, Desert Tan, Red.

The Stinger X has been added to the PSE line up as part of the Mainline range of compound bows and is aimed at the vast majority of hunters looking for a lightweight but powerful and fast hunting bow.

What they're saying in the forums about the PSE Stinger X

I'm not going to say it's a great bow for the money. It's a great bow PERIOD. It's not a novice bow, though it fills that niche perfectly. Very accurate.

As a newbie in Bow hunting, I did a lot of searching for a decent bow to start with without paying an arm and a leg. I had it sized immediately and did some practice shots. I felt like a natural! Easy to use and adjust, Sights needed a little tuning but I got my first hog after one week, my first time hunting with it!

I'm really impressed, and for the price, you can't beat it! It's rated only 4fps slower than the new $1000 no-cam bow. It draws smooth, and has a rock-solid backwall. I shoot all my bows at 28", and 55-60lbs. I almost always get a pass-thru.
